MY ROLE

In addition to taking care of the General Affairs and IT related needs of the company, planning, coordinating and directing daily operations are part and parcel of the Administration Department’s tasks. Typically, I am responsible for preparing, administering and controlling budgets for the company, which frequently involves supervising and approving contracts and expenditures.

 

HOW I APPLY THE ‘SEI-KATSU-SHA’ INSIGHT TO MY DAILY TASKS.

Every staff is considered to be an asset to the company as each staff contributes in his/her own ways to bring the organisation to where it is today. The administration team is the backbone that supports the staff and to ensure that a good working environment is provided for staff retention.
